She took the time in that call to get the information she needed from me. Following communication was excellent. Linda, who I work with with some regularity, is just wonderful, receptive, and immensely helpful. When on occasion something happens, like a leak in your home, they will be there to make sure you get what you need in a timely fashion. Insurance without an agency, in my opinion, is not the same when you need it!
