As 2020 comes to an end, we want to extend our appreciation and thank you for the trust you have placed with us in the past and assure you that we will continue to work hard to earn your trust going forward.
As challenging and unsettling as the pandemic has been for all of us, it has been harder on some than others. Our hearts and prayers go out to those whose lives have been hit the hardest during these difficult times. Covid-19 has touched some of us here in the office personally, but we are extremely grateful that no one has experienced any serious health issues as a result.
Last year we moved our agency to Amazon Web Services IT platform for enhanced security and mobility. Being on that platform allowed us to implement work-from-home protocol swiftly and safely during the initial government shutdown. We have since returned to the office and have conducted multiple client reviews over the phone and video conference, and we continue to see clients by appointment only, facemask to facemask, as requested.
The passing of any year brings change. In addition to operational changes dictated by the response to the pandemic, this year we find ourselves saying goodbye to our least and most tenured team members. Josiah, who accepted a position in ministry working with youth and young adults at a local church. And Linda, who after close to 50 years in the industry, decided that was long enough and it was time to retire to increase her quality time with family and friends. While we will certainly miss them, we wish them both success and happiness on their new paths!

If you haven’t taken advantage of our “Service 247” portal or our mobile app, remember that both allow you to obtain proof cards, open a claim with photos, review policy information, request a policy change, or certificate of insurance. We’ve provided these tools as a resource for those who like to engage via technology, but neither are intended to replace the good ole fashioned phone call or meeting. We are available to review and discuss your insurance needs at a time and in the manner you prefer!
