I did a search looking for an Auto Owners Ins agent and found Imes Insurance. I called anticipating an automated answer. I was pleasantly surprised when Candice answered on the first ring! She took the time in that call to get the information she needed from me. Following communication was excellent. Linda, who I work with with some regularity, is just wonderful, receptive, and immensely helpful. When on occasion something happens, like a leak in your home, they will be there to make sure you get what you need in a timely fashion. Insurance without an agency, in my opinion, is not the same when you need it!
