Melinda R. Young-Imes is the Business Manager at Imes Insurance Associates. She brings her love of people, enthusiasm and attention to detail to the agency mix. Her primary focus is operations, yet she loves the chance to talk with clients and connect on what’s happening in their lives.
She grew up in Southern California, although considers Arizona her home, having lived here since 1974. She obtained her B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University, Summa Cum Laude, has obtained her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation and is currently working on her CISRPlus.
She has been involved in many volunteer organizations including her church and the American Cancer Society, for which she was named the Volunteer of the Year in 2003. Currently, she is working with Esther’s Hope, a foster care advocacy group addressing the foster care crisis in Arizona.
Outside of business, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Perry and Danny; she loves animals (particularly dogs) and enjoys exercise, reading and traveling.
