Linda, who I work with with some regularity, is just wonderful, receptive, and immensely helpful. Insurance without an agency, in my opinion, is not the same when you need it!

We've been with Imes for several years. They are an honest company that always looks out for the customer. We continue to get the best product for our needs at the best price. Thank you, Imes.

Imes has taken care of insurance for us on a number of rentals for many years and we've been happy with them. So far, no claims, so I can't speak to that aspect.

Imes Associates has insured our park model for the past 3 years. This spring we decided to search for a permanent residence and will be closing on a home in Mesa in early July. Because of our established confidence in the agency, we are happy to trust them with our cars and home coverage!

We had a claim on our homeowners policy, and Imes Insurance had gotten us connected to an Insurance Adjuster and the repairs were done quickly.

There i was stuck on the freeway with a blown tire. I called and Carol got me connected with Roadside rescuer in minutea. They towed my car off the ramp to a safe place and channged my tiire.
